Hi, I’m Stefanie Villarreal — and when you call me, you’re not getting a call center or a stranger behind a desk. You’re getting someone who grew up in this community, who understands what it means to navigate hard situations with limited resources, and who genuinely cares about getting it right for you.
I was born and raised right here in New Braunfels, Texas — the seventh of eight children in a hard-working Mexican-American family. My parents didn’t have much formal education, but they gave me something far more valuable — integrity, work ethic, and a deep love for this community. Those roots shaped everything I do today.
I earned my bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s University — the oldest private Catholic university in Texas — and went on to build a career spanning over a decade in Texas law. As a paralegal with more than 10 years of experience, I’ve worked across criminal law, family law, probate, and real estate — giving me a well-rounded understanding of the legal challenges real Texans face every day.
Over the years, I became a commissioned notary public in Comal County, earned my Texas Private Investigator license (#A30925901), and founded Notary New Braunfels to bring professional, trustworthy services directly to the people who need them most — right here in the community I call home.
